OTHER INFORMATION | This truck was an emergency purchase for the town of Granville. The condition of all fire apparatus at the time was so poor that the town was suddenly left with virtually no fire apparatus and therefore needed to act quickly toward a new truck. This truck was a production vehicle that was already built and available for immediate delivery. The only major repair to this truck has been a complete pump rebuild. A few water leaks have been fixed and normal chassis related, age appropriate repairs have been done also. In 2007 the truck was retro-fitted with high side compartments for SCBA stowage paid for by the Granville Fire Department Association. |
